Common questions

How do you decide which enterprise tier we're in?+
By your average monthly clearance volume across all locations. We review it together quarterly — if your volume grows or shrinks, your rate adjusts at the next cycle, never mid-month.
What counts as a clearance?+
One patient, one scheduled procedure, run through VeriOp's screening and risk stratification. Re-checks on the same patient for the same procedure don't count twice.
Do you sign BAAs?+
Yes. A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is part of every plan, and enterprise customers can route the platform through their own security review before launch.
Can we pilot before committing?+
Enterprise customers typically start with a 60–90 day pilot on their own cases, scoped to one site or service line. We baseline your cancellations and on-time starts, then track the change. Hit the agreed metric, convert — if not, walk away.
Is there a contract?+
Surgeon Practice is month-to-month — cancel anytime from Settings and the subscription ends at the close of the billing period. Enterprise agreements are scoped with you around sites and volume.
What happens if our practice runs more than 50 clearances in a month?+
The 50 is a hard allowance, counted across your whole team and reset on the 1st. When you hit it, the practice owner or an admin can buy a pack of 25 more clearances for $99 right from the app and keep going — no overage surprises on your invoice. Consistently over 50? That's when a volume rate makes sense; talk to us.
