How much does pre-op clearance cost in Florida?+
$200 for Standard (cleared in about 48 hours) or $300 for Priority (same-day when eligible). It's one price, with no insurance needed. You're only charged once a provider accepts your booking.
Who can use it?+
Adults 18 and older who are in Florida and in generally good health, including people whose conditions are well managed. If your case needs an in-person visit, we'll tell you before you're charged.
Do I need labs or an EKG?+
Only if your surgeon or your health history calls for them. Upload any recent results you already have. If you need new tests, your provider will tell you which ones. Lab and EKG fees aren't included in the price.
